Project Planning!

As a class we went through what phases and methods may be appropiate for the project - while adding our predicted hours and charging rate into the mix.

I worked out my own plan alongside the Design Thinking Toolbox and what the class had produced to work out what I thought I needed to do for the Dominion Road brief.

I created a digital representation of what my predicted scheudule and allocated hours will look like, plus a costing quote. Each phase change represents one week, as there is only 5 weeks left til hand in (5 weeks = 5 phase changes).

I'm sure this document will change and be altered as my project takes different directions, so it will be interesting to compare how different my scheudule work out looking back.

I also noted down a list of expected deliverables for the methods in each phase so I know what I want to accomplish when I begin each one. Some phases are TBC as I think the project direction will influence expectations and this cannot be predicted t this stage.
