User & Stakeholder Mapping

I used post-it notes to quickly map out every user and stakeholder I could think of on Dominion Road, using my research and experiences so far in this project. I then reorganised my users into a two way matrix of "most in need" and "most influential to Dominion Road".

I aimed to segregate the users into a small group who I should focus on, being the most in need and having high influence on Dominion road (top right corner). This helped to narrow down my brief and define who/where I thought needed my deign efforts the most, and should will help identify an early area of interest and initial opportunity statement soon.

Attached is a link showing my organising! And the above image depicts my top 5 users I believe are in the most need and should be focussed upon to improve the general state of multi modal night travel on Dominion Road.
