Role Play V2 Bus User

I travelled with a group of others to try Role Playing potential users who may catch the bus in to or along Domionion Road. I evaluated my experience using the provided ratings chart below. Bearing in mind this was on a well weathered mild Monday evening we found the following issues and insights travelling via bus:

-Minor lateness issues on cramped buses

-No idea where and when to get off bus ("pot luck") with no sense of direction

-Different mediums (physical/digital) or bus timetables did not make the system coherent

-Easier to look between app and physical timetable to double check times!

There is some issues planning a trip easily via bus in this area, and some opportunities in wayfinding and journey planning. However my experience did not warrant the system to be unmanageable whatsoever. Of course this may be unreasonable as an assumption as I am young, and technologically literate - but I still feel addressing the perception of safety would still have more of an influence to improve multi modal travel. I will add these insights to those I have already gathered to finalise my design direction.
