Concept Matrix

After ideating in the Lotus Blossom and "Mash Up" methods I used a two axis Concept Matrix as a form of "Idea Harvesting". On the Y axis I placed "Feasibility to Produce on Dominion Road" and on the X axis I placed "Likelihood to Improve Perception of Security".
Therefore working on the logic of this method the ideal solutions should be found in the top right corner of the diagram where they should be both feasible and have a high liklihood of success.
Once completed I grouped the "successful" ideas together if a few ideas were similar to each other. I then laid these identified ideas with potential out. I was most excited about a few new ideas such as the street smart furniture that provided security and special services for extreme users, and having "Eyes on the street" literally or figuaratively to help people feel secure.
I also chose a few ideas I thought were "pretty cool" that I might have developed. I did this because the Concept Matrix selction is based purely on opinion and the selected criteria - and some good potential ideas are risked being left out.
Next I will begin sketching to develop these ideas before selecting three solutions to present to the AT Officials on Monday.
