Weighted Concept Matrix

After arriving at three sharpened and client appropiate solutions after the critique response I used a weighted matrix to prioritise my concepts and help choose a final direction to persue for the approaching deadline.

I based my matrix criteria off Auclkand Transport's criteria for innovations in bus shelters. I thought this was a smart move, making my decisions via the same criteria my client uses to make their own decisons.

After filling out the matrix I saw the "Ambient Light" and "Responsive Streetlight" concepts were within a point of each other. I identify the former as a conservative "business safe" option and the the latter as a more imaginative and risky option.

Hence I will develop both for the final pitch and present as an option A) and an option B) to cover all my bases and show an extended range of thinking in my proposal.
