Existing Streetlight Infrastructure Analysis

While I was testing our my prototypes on Dominion Road I chose to take a closer look at the existing streetlights, and power poles that road lights have been retrofitted to.
Important analysis points to take into development:
-Need to design an additional retrofitted bracket to fit the square concrete power poles
-Noticed that a few power poles have PVC piping with cables inside running up the poles, but these do not run right to the top, hence my fitting can be placed above the end of the pipe
-How high should I place the attachment? Will this change the required intensity and direction of the light?
-A small majority of streetlights did reach the footpath, perhaps I must define target areas where my solution may be most needed?
