Class Feedback - Security Looking Light?

Today I discussed my new ideas in class with our lecturers Rob and Oliver.

It was suggested I present my two solutions together as a progression, the retrofitted sidewalk light being the initial proposal, and the "Sound Bars" bus stop installment being a future progression of the technology. I agree this is the best way to propose my concept on the fourth of April when we present to the Local Board members.

Oliver commented that my prototype resembled the form of a security camera, because of the bulky form and hooded roof - we wondered whether this is a good thing or not? On one hand a security camera looking light may intimidate people, while on the other it may deter criminals from committing crime if they think they are being watched?

I decided that I will look to prototype two more models, each at one end of the scale - one that looks like a camera and one that doesn't at all as a more elegant form.
