Form Sketching

I took a bit of time to do a bit of rendering and play with the form of my "shell" that I thought could be used to block light pollution from my fitting.

It may be worth experimenting with a light and some mock up shells to see how a light source could be controlled.

I have to remind myself I don't have the project time to be too precise in the mathematical accuracy of my light sources as normally I would take this solution to an engineer to create my fitting - but it would be good to have a general experiment to make my solution as realistic as possible.
