Lighting Code of Practice

I tried looking into the Auckland Council Lighting Code of Practice to find dimensions and recommended heights of streetlight fittings, but again was unsuccessful in finding any true defining guidelines. I think this is a job for a specialized lighting engineer who I would approach if the scope of this project was for longer, I will have to estimate and depict my own recommendations for my light fitting angles and heights etc.

I found a few snippets of useful information that AT use for their own streetlights - such as using steel plates, and also a minimum mounting height for the luminaire - which is helpful for me.
