Murder

Bruce Parr and Diana Elliot mentioned a recent murder occurred in Balmoral down one of the dark service alleys on Queens Avenue - one of the side roads on Dominion Road my proposal will help. I did a little digging on what happened as this could be a crucial backing point for my pitch.

I found the article on Stuff. Maqbool Hussain was murdered 2/03/2014. He was beaten for over thirty minutes by his attacker in a dark area just down from Dominion Road.

If my lighting solution was in place maybe Maqbool Hussain would have seen his potential attacker and taken action? Or maybe his attacker would have been deterred by not having pitch blackness to commit the crime in?
